Postage

P&P charges cover the sending of your order and also the packaging.

Discount Codes

If you used a discount code and want to return an item it will be minus the discount code you used.
e.g. If you placed an order for £20 and you used a discount code for £3 and you want to return a necklace that cost £5.99 then your refund would be £2.99

Returns

You must let us know if you wish to return a faulty item, or an item you have decided you do not want within 3 days of receiving your order.

Once you have emailed us and we have given you a return code, items must be returned within 7 days in a new and re-saleable condition and must be returned in original packaging.

We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Please contact us to arrange for a refund of your order and to obtain a return code; we are unable to accept returned packages without prior authorisation. Please include your full name, transaction ID and the reason for your return.

Due to hygiene reasons we does not offer a refund on any earrings unless they are of unsatisfactory quality. Please be aware that goods are returned at your own expense.

If you wish to return your whole order you will receive a refund minus postage cost.

Giveaways

Giveaways, competition prizes or free gifts cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.

Damages

Although we take a lot of care in protecting our packages, on very rare occasions items may arrived damaged in transit. By placing an order you accept the risk of this occurring. If such an event occurs please contact us to resolve the problem.
